These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of grabyourassets.com and any related content, forms, and tools (the "Site"), operated by Grab Your Assets ("Grab Your Assets," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

Grab Your Assets is a founder-led marketing studio offering creative, production, paid media, and related consulting services. The Site is informational and is a starting point for a conversation. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter a binding services contract by itself.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
  • Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission.

4. Engagements and separate agreements

Any paid work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work signed by both parties. That agreement controls the scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. If anything in these Terms conflicts with a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

5. Communications consent

When you submit a form, book a call, or contact us, you consent to be contacted by email, phone, and, if you opt in, text message about your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information and how to opt out.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, video, and the "Grab Your Assets" name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

7. Testimonials and results disclaimer

Case studies, testimonials, and results shown on the Site reflect specific clients and situations. They are examples, not promises. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, budget, market, and execution. We do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, lead volume, or return on investment. Your results may differ.

8. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling, payment, and analytics services. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grab Your Assets and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grab Your Assets and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
